What should I bring to my first appointment?
For your first meeting, it helps to bring any relevant documents — such as contracts, correspondence, medical reports, or insurance paperwork — depending on your matter. If you're unsure what's relevant, simply bring what you have and our lawyers will guide you. There is no need to have everything perfectly organised.How does the Free Claim Check work?
Our free claim check is a no-obligation assessment of your personal injury matter. You tell us what happened, and we'll give you an honest, confidential opinion on whether you have a viable claim and what your options are — at no cost to you. If we take on your case, it is on a No Win, No Fee basis, meaning you pay nothing unless we win.How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim to respond to all online enquiries within one business day. For urgent matters, we recommend calling either our Redcliffe office on (07) 3284 4010 or our Aspley office on (07) 3263 2600 directly for a faster response.Are after-hours or weekend appointments available?
Both offices are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Saturday appointments can be arranged by prior arrangement. If you have an urgent matter outside business hours, please leave a message and we will return your call on the next business day.Is my enquiry confidential?
